The Finger Lakes Cork & Fork® is September 16 & 17 at Rodman Lott & Son Farms in Seneca Falls, NY - overlooking beautiful Cayuga Lake in the heart of the Finger Lakes Region. Saturday, September 17: Cork & Fork Main Event, 10am - 5pm
Immerse yourself in the tastes of the Finger Lakes at this all day event. Sixty exhibitors comprised of the region’s finest wineries, farms, food producers, restaurants and chefs will be sampling and selling their very best.

Preparing & Pairing team cooking demonstrations will be given over the course of the day, pairing the producer of the raw ingredients – be it a farm or food producer – with the chef and the winery that offers the best wine to pair with the dish to demonstrate the full culinary experience – from the field to the preparation to its presentation.

All dishes served and demonstrated at the event will use local ingredients in their preparation. Get the recipes and all the local ingredients you need to make them under one roof.
